1. Customer orders are confirmed and delivered only after payment is received by us. Expect product delivery within 7-days. Currently, we send delivery within India only.
2. We are not responsible for wrong delivery address entry or delay by courier company, once we have dispatched the orders. On customer demand, we can share the courier receipt for customer's tracking with courier company.
3. We do quality checks before dispatching the product; However, for product received with any genuine defect, the customer is required to inform us with defect photo via WhatsApp/Email within 3-days of receiving the delivery. No return or refund after the product is used.
4. Returns accepted within 10 days of product delivered to customer and items must be unworn, not used, with tags intact. Upon receiving back the defective product from customer, DtAfs will initiate the refund to customer account. Expect refund within 2-3 days of us receiving back the product.
5. Return (refund) or exchange is also offered when the delivered product doesn't meet customer expectation for Size/Fabric/Material/Color/Design; However, the customer must inform it on our WhatsApp/Email within 3-days of receiving the product and courier it back to us. The product/dress must be unworn, not used and tags intact. No return or refund if the product is used.
6. All designs and logos are property of DTAfs. Unauthorized copying will attract penalty.
7. For any fraudulent transactions suffered by customer, DTAfs will not be held responsible.
8. The product quality, material, fabrics, color etc. are indicative only as shown online and may differ a bit from the actual product you receive. If need any clarification, customer is advised to call us and enquire first before booking online.
9. In case DTAfs is not able to deliver the booked product for any reason, (may be because of product unavailability or not fit-for-use etc), full amount will be refunded to customer.
10. The maximum liability that we cover is upto the product’s cost or payment received from customer.
11. DTAfs reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of updated terms.
